Film log cards
These are my printable film logs. They can be carried in your camera bag to log your photos, then stapled to a negative holder sheet after developing. Easy to modify in Inkscape to suit your needs.
I suggest printing them on heavy cardstock, using a laser printer if available for water resistance, and writing with a pencil or waterproof pen. If you cut them with a guillotine or sliding trimmer they can look damn pro.
Currently only available for 16 exposures (120 film). I don't shoot 35mm right now and I'm not sure how I'd want to format these for up to 36 exposures, but if I ever get a 35mm camera I'll make a version for them.
